The initiative stems from the urge to analyse the commercial standing of the food & wine industry, by drawing attention to distributors’ profit standards, and from the need for enhanced marketing skills in production/distribution relations as pertains to fresh goods, to draw both design and operational inspiration for supply chain trade relations and shopper marketing policies.
